From fire station to fitness station: Turn up the heat on your training.
As well as three gyms in one place, The Station Gym has studio spaces for classes such as spin, Zumba and Boxercise and changing rooms with lockers, saunas and showers.
Want to wind down after your workout? Visit The Station Cafe or book in for a sports massage in The Treatment Room.
Downstairs
The main gym at The Station reflects our history in strength. Downstairs we have a ustom designed Viking press, plate loaded resistance machines, platforms and barbells, squat racks, flat incline and decline benches and Strongman equipment
Upstairs
Upstairs gym has a mixture of state of the art cardio kit - including Climbmills, treadmills, bikes and crosstrainers - as well as Matrix resistance kit and more dumbbells ranging from 1kg up to 30kg.
Spin Studio
As well as the Spin Studio, we have The Studio classroom space at The Station Gym. Used for Zumba, Boxercise, kids classes and more. Like our Spin Studio, when the room is free you can use this room for stretching, circuits or put up a boxing bag and grab the gloves from downstairs.
The Barn
Why not get outside for your training session? Our outside gym has everything you need to get your session in outdoors! Squat rack, deadlift platform, dumbbells up to 50kg as well as yoke, farmers carry and custom rig with 5m rope climb will keep your workouts interesting.
The Cave
We have dumbbells ranging from 2.5 - 75kg
The Cafe
Grab a meal post workout or even just a shake from The Station Cafe. Serving food daily from chicken wraps to jacket potatoes. Order your food to eat in or takeaway. The Station Cafe is open to everyone, members and non members.
Recovery Suite
Designed to support recovery, relaxation, and overall wellbeing, the Recovery Suite provides a comfortable environment where you can unwind, recharge, in complete privacy. You can also bring your training partner/friend/partner along to experience the Recovery Suite with you. Book a slot today!
